Corrigenda

Some lists of corrections were given in various issues of the Astronomical Calendar and in www.universalworkshop.com/updates. I’m now starting a fresh list.

94, opening paragraph should begin: “In 2024, as in 2023, there are two eclipse seasons”

Astronomical Calendar 2023

115, bottom right: This caption is overlain by white space on the left. It should read:
Maps of Mars’s track against the starry background, ecliptic-based like the Mercury and Venus maps. The scale is 1.5 mm to 1°. The track is drawn in gray when Mars is in the morning sky (after conjunction with the Sun). Parts of the tracks for the neighboring years are included (in blue). Short blue lines connect Mars to other planets when they appear closest.
